Design and building process

Courage Homes have examples of their design flexibility and quality of construction on display.

These design centres allow you an opportunity to discuss your requirements on a personal basis with one of our experienced consultants.

Discussions will include the size of home your family needs now and in the future, the aspect and contours of your land, your preferred style, and of course your budget to achieve all of this.

To further assist you, our consultant will then meet with you on your home site to further discuss aspect, gradient and other site related issues.

A Pre-contractual Agreement is then prepared for your approval, which allows Courage Homes to provide the services of our surveyor, engineer and creative designer.

As part of the Courage Homes Design and Build package, you also will enjoy the services of our professional colour consultant to ensure you maximize the potential of your Courage Home.

Once contractual and financial arrangements have been finalized, our Construction Manager will meet on site with you. This will ensure the smooth coordination of the project to achieve the most pleasing result over the shortest period of time.

Upon completion, the keys to your new home and all relevant approval certificates will be presented to you for safe keeping; these are important documents for the maintenance and guarantee of your new home.
